  1. What is AXS Selection?
AXS Selection is a platform introduced by AXS to enable users to sign up for Financial (Credit Card, Loans, Bank Accounts, Insurance) and Telco related product/services.

  1. Where can AXS Selection be found?
AXS Selection can be found on www.axs-selection.com.sg website and AXS m-Station mobile app (Marketplace > AXS Selection).

  1. I’m keen on one of the products listed on AXS Selection, how do I apply?
Step 1: visit www.axs-selection.com.sg or select AXS Selection on AXS m-Station (mobile app)
Step 2: select your preferred product
Step 3: enter your email address and contact number
Step 4: you will be redirected to the merchant’s site and will be required to complete the necessary details

Next, you may check your email inbox or My Deals from AXS Selection. If you have applied for a credit card (depending on the card selected), you may be informed to select your reward. Please follow the instructions as indicated in the email or My Deals.

  1. Can I apply for more than 1 product?
Yes, you may.

  1. I have applied for my preferred product, am I eligible for the reward?
Depending on the product selected, you may be informed to select your reward or fulfilment will be done by the merchant directly. Should you require clarifications on the product and its reward, please call our friendly customer service officers at 6560 2727 (Operating hours: Weekdays: 8.30am – 8.30pm, Weekend/PH: 8.30am – 6pm).

As the eligibility is determined by the individual merchant, the reward is not guaranteed. You will be informed via email should you be eligible for the reward.

  1. I have registered my interest in a product but has yet to complete my application on the merchant’s page, what should I do?
Once you enter your email address and contact number, you would receive a confirmation email from AXS Selection.

If you did not complete your application, please refer to the confirmation email which will contain a link to the merchant’s application page. Select the link and complete your application.

Otherwise, you may register again on AXS Selection.

  1. How long will it take for me to receive my reward?
Depending on the merchant and their criteria, it may take an approximate of 3-4 months for reward to be issued if you are eligible.

  1. I have not received my reward, what should I do?
Should you require assistance, please call our friendly customer service officers at 6560 2727 (Operating hours: Weekdays: 8.30am – 8.30pm, Weekend/PH: 8.30am – 6pm).

  1. How do I collect my reward?
For reward issued by AXS
  • You will receive an email from AXS Selection when your rewards are ready for collection at AXS Pte Ltd
  • Please collect your reward within the given collection period
  • For Cash rewards via PayNow, payment will be made within 7 to 14 working days as indicated in the email
For reward issued by Merchant
  • Please check with the merchant directly for more information

  1. I have submitted a wrong mobile number for a PayNow reward fulfilment, what should I do?
You should call our friendly customer service officers at 6560 2727 (Operating hours: Weekdays: 8.30am – 8.30pm, Weekend/PH: 8.30am – 6pm) immediately and they will assist you accordingly.

In the event if the reward has been issued to the wrong mobile number that you have provided, we will not be able to reissue or refund it.

  1. Can someone else collect the reward on my behalf?
Yes, you may authorise someone to make the redemption on your behalf. However, the authorised person must produce all of the following documents:
  • Applicant’s NRIC/FIN or passport
  • His/Her NRIC/FIN or passport
  • Collection authorised letter (printed & signed)
  • Reward collection email

  1. Am I able to change/exchange my reward?
Each reward has been confirmed and reserved when the selection of reward is made, you would not be able to exchange the reward.
